With less than a week of planning, this couple pulled off a beautifully intimate late fall wedding in Penticton on the SS Sicamous boat. What a fun, special and memorable day to be a part of! Thanks for having me at your wedding Pam and Greg! It was an incredible day!
Oh my goodness, we had wind and we had rain. And don’t even get me started on the cold. However, despite the less than ideal conditions (and a couple of warm ups in the van), we managed to get lots of great images of this lovely family that is oh so dear to my heart!
You can expect to get a great photo (or two ) of your family/ children smiling at the camera, a couple of inbetween/ candid moments as well as individual shots of the kids. Since the session is short and sweet, there is no moving around to a variety of locations, all of the photos will be taken at the same spot. The images are generally fairly posed simply due to the time restriction.
All sessions will be located at Gallagher Lake resort in the lower campground at a small cabin by the lake. I will provide the pillow, blanket, a couple of Christmas books and the general decor. If you would like to bring along your own quilt, book(s), cookies, etc you are welcome to do so. I always encourage people to personalize a session to make it more their own. Just remember that you’ll have about one minute to make any adjustments to the decor.
Payment: The full payment must be made by the photo session date. Cash or an etransfer are both accepted.
As an extra little thank you, the package comes with your choice of one 4×6 digital Christmas card. There are three choices below. In order from top to bottom: Red Chevron, Happy holidays and Candy Cane
Spending the late afternoon with this family made for a pretty perfect fall day. I still can’t get over how amazing fall has been here in Oliver this year. It’s been warm and the colours have been spectacular. While it’s a desert, there are still some amazing pockets of colour if you know where to look. These boys were just so sweet! Looking forward to getting to know this family better this coming year!
